Dave Orlowski was a long-time supporter of the IRONMAN Foundation and a beloved member of our 'ohana. He took part in many IRONMAN Foundation service projects, Bike For a Kid bike builds, TEAM IMF meetups, and more, leaving a lasting impact in all of our IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 race communities. Together, we continue to chase the standards that Dave set for triathlon and aim to carry on his courage, empathy, perseverance, and optimism within the communities that we serve.

• The Dave Orlowski Memorial Grant is distributed to one charitable organization within a select IRONMAN or IRONMAN 70.3 race community each calendar year.
• In 2021, the Dave Orlowski Memorial Grant will be distributed to an organization within the Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i community, home of the IRONMAN World Championship and a location near and dear to Dave.
• Together, the IRONMAN Foundation team and local Race Director will choose a local charity, applications will not be accepted. 
• The grantee will be announced on a date near Dave’s birth date of August 25.

• Donations to the IRONMAN Foundation will support IRONMAN, IRONMAN 70.3 and Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series event communities and programs including the Dave Orlowski Memorial Grant program.
