What a week! IRONMAN Arizona is over, and just like that, the 2016 IRONMAN race season comes to a close. As the last, but certainly not least, race of the year, IRONMAN Arizona stayed busy with the 350 IRONMAN Foundation Athletes racing! We could not have asked for a better race day- with overcast skies all day, and low (but not too low) temperatures. PR’s were happening left & right. With $53,000 being given back to the IRONMAN Arizona race community, IRONMAN Foundation athletes were able to make their race journey have an impact long beyond race day. TEAM IMF athletes at IRONMAN Arizona totaled more than 50 strong, and raised over $240,000 for The IRONMAN Foundation’s Community Fund. Yup, you read that right- $242,000!!!!
