Overview

TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT is an extension of TEAM IMF, one of the IRONMAN Foundation's fundraising teams. Available at select races, TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT Athletes commit to raise support for the IRONMAN Foundation’s Community Fund. In return, they receive a free race entry, race kit, other exclusive opportunities and a network of other IRONMAN Athletes dedicated to creating positive change in race communities and leaving their IRONMAN legacy behind long after race day.

When registering for an IRONMAN event, athletes can race to support the IRONMAN Foundation through TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT. These athletes make a minimum fundraising commitment of $3,000 for an IRONMAN 70.3 event or $5,000 for a full distance IRONMAN.

TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT enhances the athlete experience and allows greater charitable giveback. Athletes who commit to a higher fundraising level are invited to participate in the MORE IMPACT Experience which varies from event to event.

Special events and opportunities are offered at the higher fundraising level.

Who can join?

Anyone can apply to join TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT! Spots are limited for each of the selected events and often sell out. To secure your spot on the team, fill out the application below and our team will contact you within 48 business hours.

What if I already have a race entry?

Athletes who have already purchased their entries at the select races are more than welcome to join TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT at a lower fundraising commitment of $2,500 for an IRONMAN 70.3 event and $4,000 for a full distance IRONMAN.

These athletes enjoy the same benefits as TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT members along with creating a lasting tangible impact on their race communities.

What do I have to do as a TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT athlete?

Your Commitment to the IRONMAN Foundation:

Fundraise for the IRONMAN Foundation’s Community Fund.
Submit a $50* registration fee that also counts towards your fundraising minimum. *Use code 50FOR19
Raise your fundraising commitment no later than two (2) weeks prior to your race day.
Create real change in our race communities all over the world and leave your IRONMAN legacy behind long after race day.

How much do I have to raise?

TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT Athletes who need a race entry are required to raise $3,000 for an IRONMAN 70.3 event or $5,000 for a full distance IRONMAN.

TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT Athletes who already have an entry are required to raise $2,500 for an IRONMAN 70.3 event and $4,000 for a full distance IRONMAN event.

How do I apply?

Complete the online registration request form below.Once you fill out the TEAM IMF request form, an IRONMAN Foundation team member will contact you within 48 business hours with your official commitment form to reserve your entry. Please note the online request form does not guarantee your race entry.
Print, sign, and return the emailed commitment form via email or fax. You will then receive your official confirmation that your race entry is guaranteed with a link to set up your fundraising page. *TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT entries are first-come, first-served and we recommend returning your commitment form as soon as possible to ensure your spot on the team. If the TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT roster is full for your chosen race, we will initiate a waiting list. You will receive communication either way.

Who does this support?

The IRONMAN Foundation Community Fund is supported by funds raised through TEAM IMF | MORE IMPACT. The Community Fund, in turn, benefits the race communities where events are held by providing charitable support to a variety of local nonprofit organizations.
Since 2003, over $50,000,000 has been provided through IRONMAN charitable giveback programs including the IRONMAN Foundation to more than 8,300 local, regional, national and global nonprofit initiatives!
